Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last Updated: July 1, 2026
1. Introduction
This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which customers may request cancellations or refunds for services purchased from Apex Thunder. By purchasing any service from Apex Thunder, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy before completing your order.
2. General Refund Eligibility
Unless otherwise stated in this policy, eligible services purchased directly from Apex Thunder may qualify for a refund request within seven (7) calendar days from the initial purchase date.
Refund eligibility applies only to first-time purchases and does not automatically apply to renewals, upgrades, add-ons, custom services, or third-party products. Refund requests submitted after the applicable refund period has expired will not be approved.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following products and services are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances once purchased, renewed, registered, provisioned, activated, or delivered:
Domain Name Registrations and Renewals
All domain-related transactions are final. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Domain registrations
- Domain renewals
- Domain transfers
- Domain restoration services
- Premium domains
- Registry fees
- ICANN-related fees
Because domain registrations are processed immediately through domain registries and third-party providers, no refunds can be issued once an order is submitted.
Website Design and Development Services
All website design, web development, software development, customization, programming, integration, consulting, and related professional services are non-refundable once work has commenced. Work shall be considered commenced when any of the following occurs:
- Project planning begins
- Design work begins
- Development work begins
- Resources are assigned
- Technical analysis begins
- Project files are created
- Client requirements are reviewed
Any payments made after work has commenced are non-refundable regardless of project completion status.
Third-Party Services
Products or services provided, licensed, registered, provisioned, activated, or fulfilled by third-party vendors are non-refundable. Examples include:
- Domain services
- SSL certificates
- Software licenses
- Control panel licenses
- Premium support subscriptions
- Third-party security products
- External cloud services
- Marketplace products
- Third-party infrastructure services
Once such services have been purchased or activated, Apex Thunder cannot recover the associated costs and therefore cannot provide refunds.
4. Eligible Refund Services
Refund requests may be considered only for services directly operated and managed by Apex Thunder, including eligible hosting and infrastructure services, subject to the conditions below:
- Request submitted within seven (7) calendar days of initial purchase.
- Customer account remains in good standing.
- No violation of Terms of Service.
- No fraudulent activity detected.
- Service was not suspended for abuse.
- Service was not purchased through a special promotion explicitly marked as non-refundable.
Approval of any refund request remains subject to review and verification.
5. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel services at any time through the client portal. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically generate a refund. Service access may remain available until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise specified.
6. Automatic Renewals
Certain services may renew automatically to prevent interruption. Customers are responsible for canceling recurring subscriptions before the renewal date. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once processed.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact Apex Thunder Support before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal. If a chargeback or dispute is initiated:
- Services may be suspended immediately.
- Associated accounts may be restricted.
- Outstanding balances may become due.
- Future purchases may be denied.
Apex Thunder reserves all rights to provide evidence supporting legitimate transactions.
8. Abuse of Refund Policy
Refund requests made in bad faith or for the purpose of obtaining free services are prohibited. Apex Thunder reserves the right to deny refund requests where abuse, excessive refund activity, fraud, or policy circumvention is suspected.
9. Service Suspension and Termination
Refunds will not be issued when services are suspended, terminated, or restricted due to:
- Violation of Terms of Service
- Violation of Acceptable Use Policy
- Illegal activities
- Spam activities
- Malware distribution
- Network abuse
- Security violations
- Fraudulent conduct
10. Customer Data Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for maintaining backups of their data. Cancellation, suspension, termination, or deletion of services may result in permanent data loss. Apex Thunder shall not be liable for any loss of data resulting from service cancellation, suspension, termination, or expiration.
11. No Guarantee of Suitability
Customers are responsible for evaluating whether a service meets their requirements before purchase. Refunds will not be granted solely because:
- The customer changes their mind.
- The service is no longer needed.
- The customer failed to review specifications.
- The customer lacks technical knowledge.
- The customer purchased the wrong service.
12. Fraud Prevention
Apex Thunder reserves the right to refuse refunds where:
- False information was provided.
- Identity verification fails.
- Fraud indicators are detected.
- Payment authorization issues arise.
- Multiple accounts are used to abuse promotions.

- Lost revenue
- Business interruption
- Loss of business opportunities
- Data loss
- Third-party claims
