This document forms part of the Apex Thunder Terms of Service. Review it together with the other policies that apply to your Service.
Electronic delivery
All Apex Thunder products and Services are delivered electronically; no physical shipment is involved. Delivery may occur through the Client Area, email, control-panel or server credentials, API credentials, license keys, domain interfaces, secure links, or DNS configuration. Delivery is complete when the Service is provisioned and made available, even if the customer has not yet accessed it.
Activation and provisioning
Activation may be automatic or manual after payment authorization, verification, fraud screening, technical preparation, resource allocation, licensing, security checks, and compliance review. Dedicated servers, selected VPS configurations, managed work, and custom deployments may require manual provisioning and independent activation of order items.
Verification and fraud prevention
Apex Thunder may request identity, address, business, payment, ownership, or other documents and may use automated or manual risk screening. Successful payment does not guarantee order acceptance or activation. Orders may be delayed, rejected, cancelled, or restricted where verification fails or unacceptable risk is identified.
Delivery estimates and delays
Any displayed activation time is a non-binding estimate, not an SLA or guarantee. Payment review, customer information, infrastructure preparation, software licensing, product availability, maintenance, high order volume, third-party processing, legal requirements, security events, and force majeure may extend delivery.
Customer and third-party responsibilities
Customers must keep account and contact information accurate, monitor official messages, respond to verification, secure credentials, prepare compatible systems, and complete customer-controlled domain or DNS steps. Registries, certificate authorities, software vendors, payment processors, data centers, networks, and other providers may impose their own times and requirements.
Changes, failed orders and availability
Upgrades, downgrades, migrations, licenses, add-ons, and custom changes depend on feasibility, capacity, payment, and additional fees. Failed, cancelled, or rejected orders are handled under the Terms and Refund Policy. Delivery does not guarantee uninterrupted future availability; ongoing use remains subject to maintenance, payment, security, resource, and policy requirements.
