This document forms part of the Apex Thunder Terms of Service. Review it together with the other policies that apply to your Service.
Scope and responsibility
This Policy applies to all Services, customers, users, visitors, delegated users, and activity originating from an account. Account owners are responsible for their content, applications, users, credentials, and compliance with law and all Apex Thunder policies.
Illegal and harmful activity
Services may not be used for fraud, phishing, scams, money laundering, terrorism, child sexual abuse material, illegal gambling, unlawful drugs or weapons, counterfeit goods, piracy, malicious impersonation, harassment, or any activity prohibited by applicable law.
Network and security abuse
Unauthorized access, vulnerability scanning, credential attacks, interception, spoofing, malware, ransomware, botnets, command-and-control systems, DDoS attacks, flooding, mining that harms shared resources, or attempts to bypass restrictions are prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing.
Spam, email and content
Unsolicited bulk messages, deceptive email, purchased lists without valid permission, open relays, abusive mailing practices, and content that infringes intellectual property or violates privacy are prohibited. Customers must follow consent, identification, and opt-out requirements.
Domains, VPS and dedicated servers
Customers must ensure lawful DNS, domain, server, operating-system, firewall, and application use. Unmanaged and privileged environments increase customer responsibility; root access does not permit activity that violates law, network rules, upstream terms, or this Policy.
Reporting and enforcement
Apex Thunder may investigate, preserve records, warn, filter traffic, restrict content, suspend, terminate, block future orders, or cooperate with authorities and upstream providers. Measures may be immediate and need not follow a fixed sequence or prior-warning process where risk or law requires action.
