Introduction, scope and definitions
These Terms form a binding agreement between Apex Thunder and every customer or user of the Services. They apply to current and future hosting, infrastructure, domain, software, support, and related digital services, together with the policies linked from the Legal Center.
Eligibility, accounts and responsibilities
Customers must have legal capacity to contract, provide accurate account and billing information, safeguard credentials, and remain responsible for activity performed through their accounts. Apex Thunder may request identity, payment, ownership, or compliance verification.
Orders, billing, renewals and payments
Orders remain subject to acceptance, availability, verification, and fraud screening. Prices, billing cycles, taxes, renewal terms, and applicable fees are shown during ordering or in the Client Area. The final invoice calculation in Billing & Payments controls the amount due.
Availability, maintenance and third parties
Services may depend on data centers, networks, registries, payment processors, software vendors, and other third parties. Planned or emergency maintenance, security work, capacity limits, and events outside reasonable control may affect availability. No uptime promise applies unless expressly stated in a written SLA.
Customer content, data and backups
Customers retain responsibility for the legality, security, accuracy, licensing, and backups of their content and applications. Backup features are an additional safeguard, not a replacement for independent customer-controlled backups, unless a separate written service description states otherwise.
Suspension, termination and legal protections
Apex Thunder may restrict, suspend, or terminate Services for non-payment, fraud, abuse, security risk, unlawful conduct, policy violations, or legal requirements, with or without advance notice where permitted. Intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnification, limitation of liability, and provisions intended to survive remain governed by these Terms and applicable law.
