Controller and processor roles
Apex Thunder generally acts as a data controller for account, billing, fraud prevention, security, support, and business records. For personal data stored or processed by a customer through hosting Services, Apex Thunder generally acts as a processor and the customer remains the controller.
Information we collect
We may collect registration, identity, contact, billing, order, domain, support, and communication information supplied by customers; IP address, device, browser, access, navigation, log, and security information collected automatically; and relevant information from payment, registry, fraud prevention, and other service providers.
How information is used
Information is used to create and manage accounts, process orders and payments, deliver and secure Services, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, communicate notices, improve operations, comply with law, and establish or defend legal rights. Processing relies on contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests, consent, or another lawful basis as applicable.
Sharing, transfers and third parties
Information may be shared with infrastructure, payment, fraud prevention, support, communications, registry, software, professional, and legal providers where needed. It may also be disclosed for valid legal process, security, or business transfers. International transfers use safeguards required by applicable law.
Retention and security
Personal information is retained only as reasonably necessary for service delivery, accounting, security, dispute handling, legal compliance, and legitimate business purposes. Administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards reduce risk, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your privacy rights
Depending on applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, or withdrawal of consent.
