This document forms part of the Apex Thunder Terms of Service. Review it together with the other policies that apply to your Service.
Standard support coverage
Standard support generally covers Apex Thunder infrastructure, platform availability, network or hardware issues, control-panel access, account and billing questions, and supported service features. The exact scope varies by plan and any managed-service description.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for their websites, code, databases, third-party software, plugins, themes, custom configurations, content, security practices, data, and independent backups unless the purchased plan expressly includes management of a specific item.
Excluded and professional services
Custom development, debugging application code, performance tuning, security hardening, complex migrations, system administration, content work, and third-party product configuration are not standard support unless included. Apex Thunder may quote these as paid Professional Services subject to scope, availability, and fees.
Priorities and response times
Tickets are prioritized by impact, severity, security, affected customers, and available information. Apex Thunder uses commercially reasonable efforts but does not guarantee a particular first response, update, or resolution time unless a separate written SLA applies.
Communication, access and limitations
Customers should open tickets from the registered account, provide accurate technical details, authorize access when needed, and communicate respectfully. Support may be limited or suspended for abuse, threats, repeated unrelated requests, refusal to cooperate, unsupported systems, security risk, or overdue accounts.
Final notice and contact
Apex Thunder may revise this document to reflect changes in law, Services, security, or operations. The current version is published in the Legal Center. Use the official Contact page for questions.
