This document forms part of the Apex Thunder Terms of Service. Review it together with the other policies that apply to your Service.
Fair-use principles
Shared infrastructure is designed for normal, legitimate workloads. “Unlimited” or “unmetered” describes a billing or product model and does not mean limitless physical CPU, memory, storage, processes, I/O, bandwidth, or network capacity.
Resource and network usage
Customers must not monopolize shared resources, cause persistent degradation, create security risk, or materially affect other users. Burst resources and shared capacity are best-effort and may vary with platform demand, workload behavior, architecture, and maintenance.
Storage, files and processes
Hosting storage should support the website, application, email, or service purchased. It may not be used primarily as a public file mirror, unrelated archive, backup repository, media distribution system, or bulk storage platform unless the plan expressly permits it. Excessive processes or persistent CPU and memory load may be limited.
Automation and managed services
Automated jobs, crawlers, imports, backups, API activity, mail queues, and scheduled tasks must remain proportionate to the plan and must not disrupt the platform. Managed assistance does not remove resource limits or the customer's responsibility to use supported, secure, and efficient applications.
Monitoring and corrective action
Apex Thunder may monitor aggregate and account-level resource patterns, use traffic shaping, process limits, workload balancing, capacity management, temporary restrictions, or migration requests. Where practical, customers may be asked to optimize, upgrade, or move workloads before stronger action is taken.
