This document forms part of the Apex Thunder Terms of Service. Review it together with the other policies that apply to your Service.
General principles
Refunds are not automatic and are reviewed against this Policy, the purchased Service, payment status, account history, fraud or abuse indicators, third-party costs, and applicable law. Cancellation normally prevents future renewal; it does not by itself create a refund right.
Seven-day money-back guarantee
An eligible customer may request review within seven calendar days of the initial purchase. The guarantee applies only to the first purchase, at the standard published price, and once per customer and service category. Requests outside the period do not qualify under this guarantee.
Eligible Services
The seven-day guarantee is limited to Shared Hosting, WordPress Hosting, and Managed WordPress Hosting. Approval remains subject to policy compliance, service usage, payment validity, and any non-refundable costs already incurred.
Non-eligible Services and charges
Unless required by law or expressly agreed in writing, domains, VPS, dedicated servers, licenses, SSL, add-ons, setup, migrations, professional work, custom services, renewals, upgrades, resource usage, and third-party charges are non-refundable. Promotional, discounted, abused, or previously refunded orders may also be excluded.
Requests, cancellation and renewals
Requests must be submitted through the Client Area from the registered account with the service, invoice, reason, and any required information. Customers must cancel before renewal according to the applicable cycle. Failure to use a delivered Service or missing a renewal reminder does not create a refund right.
Fraud, violations and chargebacks
Orders associated with fraud, abuse, policy violations, unauthorized use, chargebacks, or payment disputes may be denied refunds and may result in restrictions or termination. Customers should contact Billing before initiating a payment dispute so the account and invoice can be reviewed.
